What We Provide
Our caregivers are committed to providing a personalized level of quality care services. We understand that each resident has different needs, and our caregivers and support staff emphasize relationships and communication. A Place Called Home is committed to providing the finest board and care home in the community.
Meal Prep and Schedule
- Three healthy, nutrient-rich meals a day including any snacks and drinks
- Supervised diet (if a resident follows a certain dietary alteration)
- Assistance with meals as and if needed by any resident
Housekeeping and Laundry Service
- Routine standard housekeeping
- Regular in-house laundry services
- Linens, pillows, sheets, and blankets are also included
Furniture and Supplies Included
- Bedroom is furnished (bed, chair, closet, dresser, and a side table)
- Living areas and social spaces with TV
- Hygiene and toiletry supplies
Managing of Medication
- Administer any resident’s medicines as per doctor’s recommendations
- Medication inventories are kept secured
- Assist in any orders for refills if needed
Personal Care (as needed)
- Aid provided for residents to and from meals or activities
- Assistance with cleaning, bathing and grooming
- Reporting of any unusual shifts in behavior or appetite
